Accomodating Service 7/29/2013

I was in a hurry and was able to get my oil changed, and tires rotated, which also allowed them to share with me the state of my tires and that they needed to be changed. They are always very courteous, respectful and seem to have your best interest at heart --- opposite of most service places. I will continue my relationship with Parker for a long time to come. more

Low pressure sales 7/28/2013

I equate buying a car on a lot through a sales person right up there with going to the dentist! Kurt Smith was very low pressure answering questions when asked and giving us other important information on the vehicle. I was also glad to see that a "closer" was not brought into the picture. I have left lots when this happens! more

I always feel special when I get my truck serviced here. Nate and Rob Holmes take the time to explain what service was performed and go over the checklist with me. I will definitely be back and I do tell other people about your great service. more

The purchase of my vehicle was excellent. Friendly salesman. Larry Anderson took good care of me. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the detail i brought my car back for. Outside was dirty and windows were cloudy and hard to see through. Also, i was promised a full tank of gas along with the detail and it was never fulfilled. Good buying experience overall, but a bit disappointed in the fine details not being accomplished. more

Perfectly Wonderful Experience!! 7/26/2013

From the time we first arrived on the lot at Parker Toyota, we felt extremely comfortable and taken care of. All of the staff members we encountered were helpful, courteous, kind and a real joy to work with. We first worked with Ryan Porter on the sales floor and he was VERY knowledgable about the type of vehicle that was good for us, and the features that would work for our budget and style. We feel that Mr. Porter put us in the perfect vehicle! Mr. Kevin Jewel helped us with the financing portion of the transaction and thank him greatly for staying late and getting us everything we needed. I think it was after 10 pm by the time we left and NOBODY made us feel rushed, or that we were a burden. I will recommend Parker Toyota to everyone I know! Thanks again for a great experience!! more
