My husband and I recently took our 17 month old boys to eat at Pallino. We wanted to eat at a family friendly restaurant with decent food. First of all, the staff wasn't friendly at all. No one greeted us or explained the ordering process to us. The open space was a plus for the kids (hence the one star rating), but the food was beyond horrible. I have had better in a hospital cafeteria! We ordered meatballs, mac & cheese, spaghetti, and an entree salad. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the food. Everything tasted completely bland and processed. The quality of the meat was appalling and downright gross. My husband's spaghetti was luke warm and watery. You can tell they use cheap cans of sauce that come in bulk. The bread was dry and tasteless, and my salad was limp and wilted. Honestly, we couldn't believe our tab was even $30.00 after such an experience. I am surprised this place is still in business and would NEVER take my family there again.
