Prompt service 6/21/2011

I have gone to their store with stupid questions like ""How do I put the headrest back on?"" to harder ones about slime on the side of the unit, but I have always been treated with a ton of respect on a prompt fashion. more

I bought my spa here last year and I'm so glad I did. It's always been one of those things I've always wanted but kept pushing off to later years. My friend recommended me to Pacific Spas and Sauna and I'm so glad they did! The staff were friendly and made the whole process easy. more

Never pushed me to purchase 6/20/2011

They never pushed me at the time of purchase. They provided disposable bathing suits to try out their spas to see which one we liked best. Robin also described in detail the difference in each spa, strength of jets, etc., etc. I highly recommend this place! more

Our sauna and deck were custom designed for us by Pacific Spa and Saunas. We let them know the kind of amenities we hoped to get included and the kind of luxurious look we wanted to achieve and they really impressed us with the result. more

I am so happy with my decision to purchase my spa at Pacific. This is a mom and pop company, and they walked me through ever step of the installation. I made my decision to buy my spa from Robin (the owner) after hearing her on the phone with a customer, who needed a repair. She not only knew them by name, she was adamant that she would send someone out THAT DAY to fix their spa. My experience has been very good, and I recommend this company to anyone looking. more

I have been shopping for a hot tub and finally found this place. I am glad that I did. I met the owner Robin and she knows her stuff. She has been doing this for a long time and it shows. A great sense of humor! Their products are many and she had the patience to show me about 6-8 spas before I chose one. The service is really good. more
