I used Lauren Hundman from Owl Management when looking to lease a new apartment in Chicago. I was familiar with the area and knew what I wanted - and Lauren was able to deliver all of it, within my budget, the location I wanted, great kitchen and great space. She was able to negotiate the price down for us as well! She was responsive to everything asked, worked hard as our intermediary between both the condo association and the condo owners which made for a smooth and easy transition.
