I am so sore after two days of a workout. My core needs some work again, but I am surprised on how last quarter’s conditioning stuck. As much as I complain, I do really look forward to your classes. I have a very stressful job. Since I hadn’t worked out recently due to work constraints, my eye was twitching due to stress. It has stopped since Wednesday when I showed up!

I have to tell you, I hope you start some kind of business to sell your fitness method. I think it’s really safe, effective, and fun, and best of all, it can be done by anyone. I also think that you are a wonderful teacher, and so I think you’d be able to take this really far. I showed my family some of your stuff, and even my brother, who was on his college hockey team and is extremely fit, found it challenging. I’d also like to thank you for what you’ve done for me. I feel so much more happy and energetic now that I’m more physically fit. It’s a great feeling.

Thanks for a great quarter in ski and sports conditioning- there was a noticeable difference in my balance and strength with both my telemark and skate skiing this season! Looking fwd to keeping it up with “boot camp” in the spring.

I had three great telemark skiing days at Crystal Ski area with the fantastic training and endurance that you gave me. Six inches of new powder each day and I was plowing thorugh the deepest of it.

Thanks so much for the training this year – I loved your classes and your work with Riot was amazingly helpful and enjoyable. It certainly helped us get to where we were (2nd place in the nation with 14 new players is an unbelievable finish) by the end of the season and we stayed generally injury free for the first time in Riot’s existence (since 2000).
