Totally remodeling a bathroom is going to cause a few inconveniences along the way. Our designer and the working crew did their very the best to minimize these. The estimate competitive with the three we had and they completed the job within the proposed schedule.. The Project Manager was either on the site or accessible by cell phone or Norsk’s client websites. The website is great as I can communicate about the project anytime of the day.. Norsk subcontracted the tile work, plumbing and electrical work with their own crew doing demo, dry wall, cabinetry and finishwork. The pride in their work is evident and helped us through the project with some great ideas. The result was a beautiful new bathroom that we are proud of. I WOULD RECOMMEND Norsk Remodeling to anyone looking for a bath remodel. more

During our bathroom remodel, they failed to order the plumbing fixtures on time (we designed six months before construction start) and as a result, we ended up in a backlog situation where the project sat idle for weeks. In an effort to get it back on track, they tried to sub in fixtures from another job which were not what we ordered and, in fact, would have restricted the water flow to the bathroom. Yet they were going to charge us for the more expensive fixtures. Very unethical. more

What was projected as a <6 month remodel turned out to take 1 year. There were minimal changes from our original plans. The problem was the selection of subcontractors chosen by Norsk. Some were very good but others dragged the project down and did extensive damage to the project. We the customer have to live with this damage, poor workmanship, and craftsmanship errors. Norsk is willing to stand behind their work but when you get more damage for each correction, this customer will just settle to have them out of our home. more
