Norsk Design Build

A friend reccomended Norsk to me when my rental home had a fire. I was relieved to have Norsk at my side when dealing with my insurance company. They took the reigns and handled it all! The work was completed early and done to perfection. Their project manager, Weldon is definately an asset to the company. He is very professional and handled everything down to the last day. All I wanted was a shell. Make it look done on the outside and my family will finish everything on the inside. I took the highest bid because I wanted piece of mind that it would be done right. Well you name it they did it wrong, billed me for it more than once and that was when they showed up. The first day they broke the water main, the first week they were over budget by $10,000. The original plumber showed up after happy hour, connected the wrong pipes and flooded an unattached garage 40 feet from the house. The electrical guy was a 19 year old apprentice that left multiple holes in the walls and ceilings we now have to cover with cover plates instead of drywall. A simple shell project that was supposed to take 3 weeks took nearly a year. Literally everything they did -they had to do twice because they couldn't get it right. It might have helped if they had EVER gotten the right plans to the job-site. Try living in a house with 3 kids and nothing but a plastic tarp between your family and the elements for 3 months worth of snow storms. Locking my doors was not a worry over the holidays I didn't have any! And to top it all off - after having to hire other contractors to come and clean up and finish the work-Norsk is still billing me and threatening me with collections if I do not pay.
