Review content:
During our bathroom remodel, they failed to order the plumbing fixtures on time (we designed six months before construction start) and as a result, we ended up in a backlog situation where the project sat idle for weeks. In an effort to get it back on track, they tried to sub in fixtures from another job which were not what we ordered and, in fact, would have restricted the water flow to the bathroom. Yet they were going to charge us for the more expensive fixtures. Very unethical.
