My shoes have been at this guys store since February 21st and are not done. I have been to his repair shop between 6-8 times to pick them up after he indicated when they would be ready on several occasions. I am getting story after story and still no shoes. He told me to come back for a refund this past Tuesday, March 31st and his shop was closed; imagine that. We are now going on 7 weeks; he only takes cash payments at drop off, does not produce regular receipts other than a ticket stub, and is dishonest as he indicated on two occasions my shoes were done and then went on to saying they weren’t and didn’t know they needed to be resoled. I paid $125.00 and only have two out of 4 pairs. One boot of one pair is at Southcenter and the remaining pair and misc boot are supposedly in Tacoma. \r

DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICES BEFORE THE WORK IS COMPLETE AS AFTER THIS CHUMP GETS YOUR MONEY THERE IS NO REASON FOR HIM TO COMPLETE HIS WORK. I still have 2 pairs of missing shoes, and the owner hasn’t been in due to “illness” nor does he relay to his staff he told me to come back in for my shoes and refund. \r
