Jared was highly professional. He was out to see us sooner than expected. He made to get air running before my newborn came home from the hospital. Worth every penny of overtime. Good quality 2/7/2012

Decided to get a plumber to give my dad (who is an experienced plumber) a break because he has been so helpful working on my home. The main issue was that I told them the only time they couldn't come out for an estimate was Wednesday morning, but they called twice to ask if they could come earlier Wednesday so I had to rush home from my appointment to be there. I did speak with John one of the owners who was very nice to work with and who made customer satisfaction a priority. He is looking into the timing issue and made sure prices were appropriate for what job was done. The guys that did the job were professional and quality of work was good. more

Ridiculous 12/4/2011

I just had the exact same experience as Quirk. I just wasted $57.50 for a guy to open a book and tell me it would be some outlandish number for a partial day worth of work. This could have and should have been done over the phone since my individual site conditions clearly were not taken into account. more
