Great plumbing service! 3/16/2016

Neffsville Plumbing & Heating are a great plumbing service! I had to replace a dishwasher that I bought from a local big box store. I was going to have the store do the installation but when they came out, they claimed they couldn't do it. I have an older house so plumbing wasn't as it should be. So I then called Neffsville Plumbing & Heating Service to take a look at the situation. They gave me reasonably priced options that were doable within our given time frame. They told me they were going to have to replace older piping and run it through the floor down to the basement. I agreed to have them come in and they did a great job in the span of an afternoon. They hooked everything up beautifully and even took the old dishwasher away when they were done. I can't say enough about their service and professionalism! more

Knowledgeable, great customer service, very knowledgable technicians 3/2/2016

We actually needed two different services done at our house. We needed our heating unit cleaned as well as the filter cleaned, and we also wanted our water softener checked. Instead of sending one person to look over both, Neffsville sent two people to take a look at our units because each person specialized in different things. But they didn't charge anything extra for sending an extra person. They looked at the furnace and said it was definitely dirty and needed cleaning, walked us through everything they would be doing, and told us how much it would be. For the water softener, they couldn't find anything wrong with it so they actually recommended not doing anything which doesn't usually happen because companies always try to talk you into buying something. We thought we would need repairs, but everything turned out fine. They came when they said they would, followed up with phone calls, and were very thorough. They're very knowledgeable, have great customer service, and have very knowledgeable technicians. I would use their services again and highly recommend Neffsville to future customers. more

We always had very good service from Neffsville. Our bill this time was a little more than expected only because a part needed replacing. The tech also addressed another concern we had about our furnace and cold air return. He offered not only a very acceptable solution, but quoted a price to repair it that we feel was very fair. Warning Do not Do business with this company. \r I was charged 875 for 100 dollars worth of pipe and 3 hrs of work. They are way over priced. When they clamed to be finished the work man ship was horrible my pipes leaked and I ended up hiring another plumber to fix there mistakes. I can not stress enough do not do business with them. I had more work that needed to be done. I found another plumber to do it. they harassed me with phone calls after I told them I no longer wanted to do business with them due to their shoddy workmanship.I continued to receive calls. finally I had to threaten harassment charges in order to get them to stop. that is no way to do business. more
