DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They took the money out of my account , but only sent me half of my order! They never responded to me. I contacted the BBB in Texas and they--the Better Business Bureau sent me a final report stating that the company would not respond to them! I disputed the case with my credit card company and Nasabb claimed they sent me all of my order. LIES. But, they did send another part of the order after I contacted my credit card company. I am here because I just received a 40% off coupon via email from them. I don't know what happened with them because years ago, they were the only company that I would buy my shea butter and black soap. more

STAY AWAY...HORRIBLE COMPANY 12/7/2015

I made a purchase on 7/22/15 and today is 12/7/15. I have not received my order. I call every week, I email to no avail. They do not answer their phone calls or respond to emails. They steal your money and you never hear from them again. Do not order from Nasabb! I am so disappointed as I have been supporting this company for over 10 years and this is the thanks I get. Never again. more

I've purchased products in the past with out incident. That was in 2008 or 2009. I recently made an order on 1-28-15 and as of 3-22-15 I've recieved nothing. I've sent emails and even attempting calling to no avail. This a nightmare. more

TERRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! 5/20/2014

I placed an order with Nasabb on Feb. 18, 2014. I called to cancel my order with them last month because I had yet to receive it. Sent several emails inquiring about my order but no response. Called their customer service and left msgs but no response. I was finally able to speak with someone at the end of May and just canceled my order altogether. Now I'm in the process of getting my credit card refunded for the purchase. Whatever you do...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A JOKE! more

I will never again in life order anything from these people. I placed an order on 3/15/14 and today is 4/18/14 and still no order! U are wasting time and energy emailing them THEY NEVER RESPOND! I have filed a complaint with the BBB 11/12/2013

I cannot remember how I heard about this company, but it was a few years ago. They offered samples and I orders some. I really liked their black soap, but was not in love with the idea of having to order and wait. I found a local company, which has since gone out of business. I decided to give Nasabb a try and thought what better time than during their annual Christmas in July Sale. I placed an order via www.nasabb.com on June 14, 2013, for which my card was charged on June 17, 2013. The terms of the agreement per Nasabb’s email were as follows: "Please allow 10-15 weeks from June 28th 2013 for orders to arrive. International orders allow 12-15 weeks from June 28th 2013 for orders to arrive." It has now been 20 weeks and I have not received my items, nor have any of my emails been returned. I attempted to call today and got only a recording to leave a message with no option to speak with a representative. I am concerned that I have received no word, no package and no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This is egregious If they are a small operation and unable to keep up with demand I would have been fine with an email stating that and a refund. The bad part is I would have paid full price if that would have helped. I just wanted my merchandise. Now I have to wait for the complaint to be investigated and settled, a refund and find a supplier. more

Terrible company 1/16/2013

I've ordered from them two times before and shipping takes about a month. I ordered something in November and I still haven't received it. That's two months. They never responded to my emails, their phone service is useless and nonexistent. And they gave me a fake tracking number. Do not order from them, unless you want to be robbed. more

NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER!! 10/25/2011

I have been ordering from NASABB for years and absolutely love their products. In July, I placed a fairly large order for shea butter, kelechi hair oil and teawynn shampoo (a years supply for my family). As a condition of the sale, shipping was to take 10-12 weeks....an unusually long time, but I was willing to wait since the products are really worth it. Order placed on 7/15 and It is now 10/25!!! A full 14-1/2 weeks with no delivery and no communication. Customer service is non-existent. Emails are answered by an auto responder and phone calls go straight to voicemail. Good luck finding a live person to talk to. Basically a black hole of customer service. I'm contacting my CC company to see if the charges can be reversed. Bottom line is...stay away if you value your $ or expect to actually receive a product that you pay for online. more
