I cannot remember how I heard about this company, but it was a few years ago. They offered samples and I orders some. I really liked their black soap, but was not in love with the idea of having to order and wait. I found a local company, which has since gone out of business. I decided to give Nasabb a try and thought what better time than during their annual Christmas in July Sale.
I placed an order via www.nasabb.com on June 14, 2013, for which my card was charged on June 17, 2013. The terms of the agreement per Nasabb’s email were as follows: "Please allow 10-15 weeks from June 28th 2013 for orders to arrive. International orders allow 12-15 weeks from June 28th 2013 for orders to arrive." It has now been 20 weeks and I have not received my items, nor have any of my emails been returned. I attempted to call today and got only a recording to leave a message with no option to speak with a representative. I am concerned that I have received no word, no package and no response.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This is egregious If they are a small operation and unable to keep up with demand I would have been fine with an email stating that and a refund. The bad part is I would have paid full price if that would have helped. I just wanted my merchandise. Now I have to wait for the complaint to be investigated and settled, a refund and find a supplier.
