I have been ordering from NASABB for years and absolutely love their products. In July, I placed a fairly large order for shea butter, kelechi hair oil and teawynn shampoo (a years supply for my family). As a condition of the sale, shipping was to take 10-12 weeks....an unusually long time, but I was willing to wait since the products are really worth it. Order placed on 7/15 and It is now 10/25!!! A full 14-1/2 weeks with no delivery and no communication. Customer service is non-existent. Emails are answered by an auto responder and phone calls go straight to voicemail. Good luck finding a live person to talk to. Basically a black hole of customer service. I'm contacting my CC company to see if the charges can be reversed. Bottom line is...stay away if you value your $ or expect to actually receive a product that you pay for online.
