DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They took the money out of my account , but only sent me half of my order! They never responded to me. I contacted the BBB in Texas and they--the Better Bus...

I completely agree with Kimbalie C. I placed an order for 1 lb. of shea butter on Nov. 9, 2013. My credit card was promptly charged, however I have *still* not received my order. I have emailed and called customer service numerous times...only to leave a message. The company is only ""open"" 3 business days and only for 4 hours on those days. It is absolutely ridiculous & absurd that they do not return calls or reply to emails or even seem like they WANT customers. I even tried posting a nasty Facebook message but I don't think it ever ""stuck."" I will follow the advice of previous posters -- I will call my credit card company & get my money back. I am SO dissapointed because I've been a Nasabb customer for at least 10 years. This happens to be the 2nd time in a row that I've been chasing my order down. The last time it happened, they finally shipped my order but this time I'm mad...and I'm done. I will NEVER buy from Nasabb again & will go out of my way to let others know they will just waste their $ if they do too. So glad I found this page - I thought I was the only one this happened to. more

I have been ordering from them for several years, sporadically. On 9/14/13 I placed an order for the unrfeined shea buuter and I'm still waiting for it. I received 1 email since placing the order and no responses to my emails to customer service requesting shipping/tracking info or an estimate in regrad to when the order will arrive...Nothing! No one asnwers the phone, it is a recording..realized that the customer service number is only available for 4 hours a day, a few days a week and they are closed on Monday's...I charged the order on my Visa...I waited over a month for the order, so I called my bank and reported the charge from Nasaab, as the order never arrived and customer service never reponded to my emails and I could not reach anyone at their customer service number... Chase gave me credit for this fraudulant purchase so I'm not out of any money...will not buy from Nasaab again and very disappointed... more

I wish that I would have read the reviews about this company before placing an order. I purchased their 8oz unrefined shea butter about 2 weeks ago, and it was just shipped yesterday. I have called their customer service line twice, only to find overly direct representatives and unusual business hours. I have not received a shipping notification nor any explanation for the delay in shipment. This is the first time I have bought from Nasabb and it will be the last. Needless to say, I am not impressed with their shipping methods and sub-par customer service and will not be using their site anymore. more

NASABB ROBS CONSUMERS!! 10/17/2011

Let me start by saying my wife and I have been ordering from NASABB since 2008 when we first discovered their wonderful shea butter and natural hair oils. We have two daughters and have found nothing that works better on our family's skin and hair than NASABB's products. In the past, we have never NOT received what we ordered. Admittedly, shipping was always on the ""slow"" side, but we understood as the products DO originate in West Africa. While we had placed several small orders in the past, for the first this year we attempted to order a ""year's supply"" of products during the annual Christmas in July 50% off sale. As a condition of the sale, shipping would take 10-12 weeks. We are now in the 15th week with NO DELIVERY, no tracking info and no communication (other than automated emails) from NASABB. If you call, you will be greeted by a voice mail message with no option to get a live person or leave a message. Absolutely ZERO customer service. For these reasons we can no longer recommend NASABB to friends and family and will not order from them again. Today I will be contacting my CC company in an attempt to get the charge reversed. So very sad.... We really, REALLY wanted to love NASABB and would have been long-time customers if not for the shipping and customer service issues. The shea butter was the best we have found and now I have to look for other sources/vendors. So, bottom line is STAY AWAY unless you enjoy throwing your money into a black hole... more
