They put out an anonymous sitter request to their pool of nannies that want part time occasional sitting work and whoever is available writes back - that's how you get your sitter. I can request who I want if I feel like it but it's never a problem to get a new sitter - they are all excellent. This is like a dream come true for us - we never have to worry if we can get a sitter any more.
