I have been using Nannies From the Heart for over three years to hire babysitters for my two young children. Every time they send me a highly qualified, trained nanny to watch my girls and they are absolutely wonderful! It's so nice to know that each one has been painstakingly interviewed, background checked, trained and checked out before I ever even hear of them - it's a huge relief to know that my own ""supernanny"" is available any time. I have met over 6 different sitters over the years and each one has been stellar - professional, great with kids, on time and just wonderful. I love Nannies From the Heart and recommend them to my friends all the time. Once you sign up for sitter service, you just fill out a form online to request your sitter - name the time, hours, and place - and a sitter specialist contacts you in just a few minutes or hours with a name and number of a sitter. They put out an anonymous sitter request to their pool of nannies that want part time occasional sitting work and whoever is available writes back - that's how you get your sitter. I can request who I want if I feel like it but it's never a problem to get a new sitter - they are all excellent. This is like a dream come true for us - we never have to worry if we can get a sitter any more.
