I had a pipe burst at a property I own in the middle of the night. The tenant called Mr Steemer and I thought great...HUGE BILL for an emergency in the middle of the night and a hassle getting it paid. NOT the case with Mr Steemer!!! They went right out to her, cleaned up everything and charged a COMPLETELY reasonable fee for their services. They even let me pay over the phone with a credit card so that I didn't have to have my tenant pay and then reimburse her. THANK YOU ALL!!!! more

I don't have enough nice things to say about Mr. Steemer Cleaners. I had a huge mess and lots of traffic stains from a party that I had. They came out and made everything look brand new again. Thank you all so much! more

i am really happy with Mr Steemer's cleaning services in brooklyn, ny before the holiday they came out to clean 2 sofas and an area rug in our living room they have done a magnificent work for us leaving the house looking great and we are all happy with the service and the technician as well more

Mr Steemer Carpet Cleaner 1/15/2012

Mr Steemer Carpet Cleaner saved our basement, we had a pipe break and started to flooded the basement. They came over right away to soak up the water and dry what was wet. They worked all evening for us and we really appreciate it! more
