I had a pipe burst at a property I own in the middle of the night. The tenant called Mr Steemer and I thought great...HUGE BILL for an emergency in the middle of the night and a hassle getting it paid. NOT the case with Mr Steemer!!! They went right out to her, cleaned up everything and charged a COMPLETELY reasonable fee for their services. They even let me pay over the phone with a credit card so that I didn't have to have my tenant pay and then reimburse her. THANK YOU ALL!!!!
