Extremely poor customer service and even worst management skills by Eric a shift Manager and Chris the General Manager (the host which is Chris s daughter even told me that the situation was wrong on the managers part and that she was so sorry). If this location wants returning customers they may want to look into hiring some managers with people skills. It’s a shame when you have to pay for a meal but never get what you paid for, I would never go back. In fact the other tables sitting around us said that they will never go back either - for the manager Eric be littled us, yelled at us, threaten to call the cops us, and we still never received our order. more

Great food 4/2/2006

We would drive to East Lansing to eat at Mongolian BBQ and are so happy they are now in Flint. It may take a bit to figure out the combination of veggies/meat, spices and sauces that suite your palette, but once you do, it is well worth it. It is a very busy restaurant and can get noisy, but the food is so healthy and good. All their nutritional info is on the web (some of the sauces have more fat content than you may think). Try to go before 5:00 p.m to avoid the crowd. The only real problem is when it is busy; you have to wait to get your food cooked. Fill that bowl full though and you only have to go through one time! more

Finally !!!!! A mongolian BBQ in Flint!! 9/21/2005

A lunch or dinner at Mongolian BBQ is an awesome experience.........I drooled over the thought of the mongo opening in Flint, and I wasn't disappointed when they opened. A create it yourself menu, the only one you can blame for a bad meal is yourself!!!!! Pick and choose from a large selection of meats and vegetables, then move on to their signature sauces and spices.....If you are not sure what to try, ask your server....they should have recipe cards for suggestions.... I honestly wouldn't bother with the salad bar if you get a choice....save room for your mongo bowl......if you have room for dessert, try their apple pie sundae thingy.....it is wonderful!!! more

Don't waste your money! 8/24/2005

Over rated, and over priced. The restaurant was noisy, crowded and you could hardly hear the waiter. The food was terrible......there were bones in the chicken for stir fry. Will not go back! more
