Review content:
Extremely poor customer service and even worst management skills by Eric a shift Manager and Chris the General Manager (the host which is Chris s daughter even told me that the situation was wrong on the managers part and that she was so sorry). If this location wants returning customers they may want to look into hiring some managers with people skills. It’s a shame when you have to pay for a meal but never get what you paid for, I would never go back. In fact the other tables sitting around us said that they will never go back either - for the manager Eric be littled us, yelled at us, threaten to call the cops us, and we still never received our order.
