Our Bloodhound loves Molly's 4/26/2010

Our bloodhound loves Molly's she attends the day school three times a week and we've boarded her for trips. John and Anne and the rest of the staff are so friendly and well versed on dog-training and behaviors. Our dog come home so tired from a day full of activities with all her other dog friends. They go swimming in the pool, they run and jump and wrestle. We recommend Molly's to every dog owner we meet. Pros: Great staff, plenty of activities, treat your dog great more

Best in caring for your pet and giving lots of fun 4/23/2010

My dog Danny is a large Golden Doodle that has been going to Molly's since he was eight months old and he is now 4 years old. Danny loves Mollys and can't wait for the staff he has grown to love come to get him for play school. They treat my dog with affection and caring that is unsurpassed. Danny has also gone for training at Molly's after some mimimal sucess at another training facility. John Bickel has a wonderful way of training and Danny learned his lessons well. Danny also gets all his grooming needs met at Molly's as I have him groomed every six weeks. They do a fabulous job and I never have to worry. I would never take my dog anywhere else because if you look around there is no comparison to the care and attention you get at Molly's. Pros: They really do treat your pet like family more

Why We LOVE Molly's 4/21/2010

It is true. Molly's does treat your pet like family. My dog Buddy has been going to Molly's weekly for about 1 year now. He goes to dayschool twice a week and has been boarded there for our family vacations. Buddy loves Molly's. On the days he goes, he is so excited. He can not wait to go for the car ride where he can play all day with his other dog pals. At the end of the day, he comes home and usually is so tired he sleeps for the rest of the evening. The staff is the best. They really do love your pet. I never feel guilty about leaving him there. And that means a lot for a first time pet owner. Thanks YOU to all of the staff at Molly's. Pros: Great place for your pet more

Why we love Molly's 4/16/2010

When we ask our boxer Cricket, ""do you want to go to Molly's?"" she jumps for joy because she knows a full day of fun lies waiting for her. She goes to day school every few weeks and she stays overnight at Molly's while we're away. We know the staff at Molly's will treat her like family and that says a lot because family is where you feel comfortable, loved and content. Cricket always comes home from Molly's with a smile, a treat in hand and a good night's sleep to follow. Many thanks to everyone at Molly's for years of care and love for our most beloved family member, Cricket. Pros: Friendly, caring staff more

We Love Molly's!!! 4/16/2010

I just picked my dog up from their Country Day School and he is sound asleep because he is content after spending the day at Molly's. He loves it there. And if you don't believe me, when you bring him there you can watch the dogs play on their webcams. Pros: The Staff more

Excellent place ! 3/29/2010

I use Molly's for boarding my dog while on vacation. This is my first dog but growing up all of our family dogs also went to Molly's. Pros: Staff more

Best Doggie Daycare and Over night Boarding EVER!!! 3/27/2010

I take my dog to Molly's 3-5 days per week to play with other dogs. I really did my homework on play groups. This was the only facility that did a 3 day evaluation. An evaluation that involved my dog being introduced to the other dogs. Other places told me they could tell how my dog will be by just meeting her. Yea right. Pros: Everything!!!!! Cons: None yet. more

Great facility and staff 3/27/2010

I just picked my dog up from Molly's. He is HAPPY and healthy. I also just book my dog for our next 2 vacations with them. Pros: Staff more

Love This Place 3/2/2010

I have read some of the negative reviews of Molly's. I do not doubt the veracity or the sincere manner in which those have posted their experiences. more

WARNING !!! : NEVER LEAVE YOUR PET HERE !!!! 10/13/2009

I have signed up for CitySearch just so I could write this review. It seems like many people have had the same experience I have had. Molly's should be reported to the Humane Society. I have taken my two dogs there at times over the years. A number of years ago it seemed OK. In the past couple of years ( I have only used this kennel a few times) I was concerned because when I would pick up my two greyhounds, they would both barely make it out the door of the kennel, then drop and urinate for minutes on end. In addition, their urine was almost orange, which indicates they had not had enough water. My female hound, who is a water drinker, not only urinated orange, but was crazed for water when we arrived home, and drank and drank. She was so very unhappy that she never wagged her tail or brightened up for a couple of days. I was furious because it's obvious what they are doing - I was told by someone who knew a kennel worker that they 'withhold' water from the dogs who drink and urinate alot. I was also told that often the 'walks' and playtime that customers pay for are not given. A number of people I know feel that their dogs were drugged. And to top it off, the people behind the counter, especially the woman who is the intake person, is the RUDEST individual I have ever encountered. This establishment is a disgrace and should be SHUT DOWN. If you love pets, please pass the word to other pet owners to not patronize Molly's. more

Molly's Country Kennels Inc. is NOT GOOD 8/24/2009

The one and only time I used Molly's, they did not explain to me that Max would not be let out of his cell unless I paid them an additional fee to do so. In other words, they expected him to relieve himself in his 4x15x3 concrete space for $30.00 a day. They did not accept his special food for him to eat while there and they would not accept the T shirt I brought for him to sleep with. As others have written, if you are 1 minute late, you will not get a tour, you will pay for an additional day, you cannot pick your dog up. They do not care about your dog. more

Two thumbs up 7/15/2009

I used this for my dog, and she just loves it there. She always comes home happy, and ready to play. I have used other kennels and she had come back not wanting to really do much, so I know they treat her well! more

I am new 6/5/2009

I have read someones review on this kennels. I will never bring my dog there as someone said its one large room full of dogs on a cement floor and they pay you for the nxt day if ur dog is only in there hands 1 minute of tht day. HOW STUPID IS THT. I would go to a different one!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: WORTS KENNELS IN TOWN Cons: ITS NOT VERY GOOD KENNELS more

Great Place - great staff 4/10/2009

I love this kennel and would not leave my dog any where else. The staff is wonderful and the most educated group of people I have ever met when it comes to dogs. My dog loves to come to Molly's and loves that staff and that says it all for me. Pros: Staff-activities for the dogs Cons: Distance from my home more

I wouldn't recommend this place. 3/12/2009

I had my dog at Molly's for 6 days (although I picked up my dog at 8:30am on the last day, they still charged me for the day. Be aware, they charge you one more day if your dog stays there for 1 min of a day). I wasn't really happy with Molly's. First, they don't show you around the facility if you miss the tour time. I didn't know what kind of place my dog was sleeping in, so I had many many questions, and the woman at the counter certainly did not like answering my questions. When I asked if I could see a picture of the place, she said ""it's on our website"" which was not even remotely true. I knew that there was no indoor picture on the website so I said ""No, there's no picture. There is only a very small (almost unrecognizable) picture of the best room (the beach house suite)"". It was only after I mentioned that none of the other boarding houses I visited refused to show me around, that she finally ordered someone else to play a videoclip, which also didn't have any image of the indoor rooms! Anyway, the woman assured me that the place is going to be roomy. It was only after I made the full payment she said (as if she was doing me a favor) I could peek through a window. I almost cried at that moment. It was a very large room full of dogs, from small to large. So many of them barking. I saw Wagsworth and Philadelphia Animal Resort before, and they had rooms separated by walls so dogs won't hear too much barking. Nothing like that here. Plus, the place was just gray cement floors & walls with steel cage nets dividing the spaces. The aisles between cages were so narrow, I wondered if a person could move through the aisles. It was evident that Molly's was making the most out of the one big room. more

Good place for my dog 1/28/2009

The staff at this facility made me feel very good about leaving my dog while I was on vacation. I think my dog had a better vacation at Molly's than I did on my vacation. She came home happy and healthy. Very good facility. more

Great Playtimes!!! 10/23/2008

The first time I used this kennel I was worried because there was too much to choose from, but after my dogs first stay I really knew I was in the right place. I had picked some playtimes but was not sure if they were right for my dog. The front desk staff said the playtime manager would change the activities if needed and at first I thought, yea spend more of my money, but I was wrong. During my dogs stay they did change my dogs playtimes activities but it was definetly in my dogs best interest and they did not spend more of my money. The girl at the desk said Kathy wanted to change my dogs activities and once she did my dogs was much happier and I beleive it becasue my dog came home happy and well. As I was told by friends who referred me, the staff at Molly's really knows dogs. I am grateful to have found a facility with such talented staff. Pros: Staff that understands dogs Cons: First visit can be over whelming, so much to choose from more

Great Place 10/22/2008

What a great place. I went there to work with a HIGHLY recommended dog trainer,John. I have a very difficult dog and he has to be the best trainer on the east coast. He made me love my dog all over again. Then to find out the same facility also does boarding and grooming made my life even easier. Pros: great staff more

Best Kennel in the TRIstate area! 10/22/2008

I have been sending my Dog to Mollys for over two years now. She goes there for boarding and for dayschool. Anne & John, the managers are nothing short of amazing. We have a very active dog and they find all sorts of creative ways to entertain her! I left my dog there for 18 days, to travel overseas, and obviously had minimal contact with them. They were concerned about my dogs weight, went ahead and called our vet, and arranged for her to be given extra food and weighed in everyday. When we picked her up we were given a detailed list of the extra food she was given and her weigh ins through the time we were gone. They go the extra mile for your pet and treat each one as if they were their own. The grooming services are wonderful, and they have a true concern for each pet that is there. The day care services allow the dogs to run and run, have a bbq , and even learn how to swim! Mollys is the equiveleant of a four seasons or ritz carlton for your pet. They will accomodate your every need, and make sure everyone is happy with their stay. I feel so lucky that we found Mollys....and trust me when I say our dog loves it there! Pros: Anne & John, the wide range of services, the grooming dept, the entire kennel as a whole more

My dogs love this place!! 10/22/2008

I love this place! First time in along time I felt good leaving my dogs. I travel alot and have used many kennels by far this kennel has VERY knowledgable staff. Both of my dogs were happy to stay and looked physically and mentally great when they came home. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It is a little pricy but worth it. My dogs love this place and people and that is all that matters to me. Pros: Knowledgable staff Cons: little pricey but worth it more
