Been using for years - best place ever ! 11/12/2010

I have been using Molly's for several years. With my first dog I only used the boarding and grooming services. With my new dog I have used boarding, training,grooming and daycare. I have always been happy except for my recent training class. Not knowing any better I thought my training class was how it was supposed to be. Our trainer was Kathy but in the last week John was our trainer. What a DIFFERENCE between trainers. I already knew Kathy was a complainer from previous interactions before taking the class but the class was so much better and organized with John. The whole class was about us and our dogs which it was not in previous weeks. And when picking up my dog from daycare I have even asked Rosalie some training questions since class ended and she was super helpful. I also started using grooming again for my new pup and she looks beautiful. Erin did an awsome job. From Anne the manager, to the daycare staff, to grooming I am 100% impressed, year after year. more

Fantastic Experience !!! Must Read. 11/11/2010

I recently boarded by dogs at Molly's Country Kennels in Lansdale and I have to tell you I could of not asked for a better experience. Before boarding I went to Molly's for a tour, by mistake I showed up outside of tour hours and they were so nice to show me around anyway. The man, I think his name was John, spent about 25-30 minutes with me answering all my questions and concerns and even went over his training programs which I am signing both of my dogs up for. more

Great kennel ! 11/11/2010

I have tried 2 other places but this kennel is the best by far. The manager that runs the place is extremely knowledgable about her field and my dog loves her. My dog was able to play with other dogs while he was there and he came home happy and tired. Wonderful place for my dog, Charlie. Oh, I also had him get a full spa treatment and he has never been so clean and shiny. more

Excellent place for dogs ! 11/6/2010

Just used this facility for the first time. The staff was wonderful and my dog came home healthy, happy and looking beautiful. I used their boarding,grooming and dayschool services and I am HAPPY with all. The staff is incredibly knowledgable. The woman who runs the place really cares about the dogs. more

there's better options out there 11/2/2010

this place is nothing but hype. you pay all of these extra fees for your dog's services like walks, play times, etc. ever wonder why your dog's peed orange after it came out of here? it's because they didn't give it enough water. ever want to know why the dog's suddenly doing it's business in your house now? because if you don't pay those extra fees your dog sits in a concrete room with no way out. it's stuck doing it's own business in there & left there. this place is just a posh resort for your ""happy camper"" when you arrive. well guess what, you'll be getting the guilt trip to pay for all those extras. I won't take my dog back again & the owners know this & call you out on it like you're an inconvenience. it's animal cruelty to leave the dog in solitude if you're not able to pay their prices. are you smart consumer? or are you just naive enough to pay for extras like walks, food, bathroom outings? you know, stuff you would normally expect a reputable place to do. more

Excellent facility 10/15/2010

My dog loves this place ! She nearly jumps out the car window as we pull in and can not get in the office quick enough. I would recommend this place to anyone with a dog. more

Great Dog Day Care 10/8/2010

Jake (my puppy) loves going to Molly's for day care...he has the opportunity to run, play and swim all day and he comes home exhausted! He is very excited and will usually jump out of the car when he realizes where he is in the AM. They seem to take good care of Jake and the only complaint is that he will sometimes get cut which is probably normal with that many dogs. more

Dishonest and neglectful 9/26/2010

Not only did they omit the information of additional fees, they appear to be inept. Make sure you inquire about all their extra fees because they don't volunteer that info. Then they looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to feed my dog my own food. I can't believe my dog is the only one that gets sick when you change her diet. I think that's fairly common. Finally, they gave her, a 12 pound dog, almost 5 days worth of food in the 30 hours they kenneled her. When asked, they said *I* instructed them to do that. No apology was even given when I complained.\r \r Hoping my dog won't spend the night throwing up. If you choose Molly's run, be prepared for dishonesty, apathy and neglect. more

GREAT facility and staff !!! 8/24/2010

My dog loves this place. I completely trust Anne and John with my dog's care. If I tell my dog he is going to see Anne and John he gets all excited and runs to the car.\r I am so glad I have a place like this in my life for my dog. more

My dog loves this place BUT 8/19/2010

My dog loves this place and I really like most of the staff. I have used the boarding,training and now use daycare. John the training manager is great, he has an incredible connection with the dogs. Anne who runs the entire place is great and she is always there. I see her at 7 am when I drop off and at 5:30 pm when I pick up. There has not been a day that I do not see her. ANd she really cares about my dog and remembers things we talked about days past. She makes me feel that my dog is very important to her and I believe it ! more

Best Grooming and Boarding Facility 8/13/2010

Molly's Run has been a household name for me and my family for over 20 years. My family dog, growing up was a frequent guest at Molly's Run and now that I have my own dog - I would not think of taking her any place else. The staff is fantastic, the facilities are great and I love that my pup runs into Ann's arms when she sees her. The really do treat your pet like family!! more

Very unpleasant impression 7/22/2010

Molly's Run Country Kennels -- I WOULDN"T PUT MY DOG THERE.\r \r No, I really wouldn't. \r \r I was looking for a boarding facility for my dogs. Molly's supposedly gives "tours" of their facility at 10 and 4 p.m. So I showed up at 10. Granted, it's a big beautiful property. The young man at the desk called someone to show me around, turned his back, and didn't speak to me again for the five minutes I waited. Then another unfriendly employee arrived. She took me to the kennel area and allowed me to peer through a window down the hallway of cages. No, I could not go through the door. Then we walked out to the outdoor areas, where (according to the brochure) we can pay extra for our pups to have exciting fun times with dog-loving employees. I was again allowed to stand outside a fence and squint at the swimming pool and doggie playground, where a couple of sullen-looking workers were each walking a dog. I was told that "over there" was a creek and trail for doggie hiking. I asked to go ins more

Lansdale dog grooming 7/13/2010

We had a great experience at Molly's Country Kennel in Lansdale. A convenient location just off Valley Forge Road. A really nice country setting. We took Austin in for grooming and the greeting staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The groomer did a fantastic job and we were really pleased with the way Austin looked when we picked him up. No more working mother guilt 6/11/2010

I have a 5 year old boxer named Denim that I have been taking to Molly?s Country Kennel for doggie daycare since he was 6 months. The experience and professionalism of the staff; maintenance of the facility; and quality of the service is second to none. Before Molly?s, Denim had excessive energy because he would sleep all day at home while I was away at work. Now that I take him to Molly?s regularly Denim?s excessive energy has diminished; and he has developed both physically and socially. My favorite is being able to log onto Molly?s website and watch Denim play via the web based doggie cam (How cool is that!).Other features I love about this facility are the themed parties, contest and gifts- showing that the staff does interact with the dogs. Highly Recommended 6/3/2010

My dog is always so excited to go to Molly's . He tries to jump out of the car when he sees where we are! This is a dog who generally doesn't like other dogs, so whatever they are doing works! The staff is friendly, and they never mind me calling when away to check on my dog. I would definately recommend this place:) more

I wouldn't go anywhere else 6/1/2010

I love my dog and I was so happy when I found someplace to board her where I don't have to worry about a thing! The staff is great, friendly, and takes really good care of my beloved pooch. The services that they offer are fantastic (and not that expensive!) and the peace of mind leaving my dog at Molly's affords me really lets me enjoy my vacation. Pros: great staff, my dog loves it, awesome facility Cons: limited pickup/dropoff hours more

I have been taking my Shephards to Molly's for training and doggie day care ever since they were puppies, I would not trust my boys to anyone else and have the greatest confidence in Molly's and their wonderful staff. Pros: The best trainers ever! more
