I was looking for a boarding facility for my dogs. Molly's supposedly gives "tours" of their facility at 10 and 4 p.m. So I showed up at 10. Granted, it's a big beautiful property. The young man at the desk called someone to show me around, turned his back, and didn't speak to me again for the five minutes I waited. Then another unfriendly employee arrived. She took me to the kennel area and allowed me to peer through a window down the hallway of cages. No, I could not go through the door. Then we walked out to the outdoor areas, where (according to the brochure) we can pay extra for our pups to have exciting fun times with dog-loving employees. I was again allowed to stand outside a fence and squint at the swimming pool and doggie playground, where a couple of sullen-looking workers were each walking a dog. I was told that "over there" was a creek and trail for doggie hiking. I asked to go ins
