I used to work at the Midtown Galleria location. The manager there, Erica, is quite possable the most unprofesional individual that I have ever worked for. Currently I am considering filing a claim with the EEOC. They force you to work all hours of the night and if you refuse then you are terminated. There were times that we were forced to work until 11 pm. We were not allowed to take lunch breaks and were told to take lunch breaks as you drove between houses. The managers lesbian girlfriend works there as well and there are very clear signs of favoratism. Everyone there works very hard and is afraid of the retaliation that comes along with standing up for your rights. I would advise anyone thinking of using this service to think twice. more

Molly Maid Houston fired themselves today. Absolutely the worst. I scheduled them to come out to my townhouse today (initial cleaning) and every other week after. I was told that ""the girls"" would come today between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and that they would call 30 minutes before they came. My fiance called last night to confirm the appointment and was told that we were the first appointment on the books today and that the girls would be at the house close to 9 a.m. My fiance stayed home from work to let them in to the house. When it got close to 10 a.m., he called the office again and was told that the person he talked to the night before was wrong and that the girls would be at the house between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and would call 30 minutes before coming. At 11 a.m., the girls had neither made it to the house or called to say they were on their way. My fiance called the office and canceled our appointments. To top it off, I got a text message on my phone at 10:57 a.m. today that said, ""Molly Maid Service Tomorrow. This is an unmonitored telephone number, please do not reply."" Really? They need to get their act together and their scheduling straight. We confirmed that our appointment was set for today. Now, our time has been wasted, and my fiance stayed home from work this morning for nothing. Pros: Nice estimator Cons: Can't schedule to save their lives more

This was my first time using a maid service and I called for a one time cleaning. Although the maids were friendly and thorough, I found the customer service to be lackluster. After missing their first appointment on Saturday morning, I took Monday morning off of work to meet the team who would arrive between 8-9. The dispatch office did not return my call taken by the receptionist. After 2 conversations with the dispatcher, the maids were located and lost in the parking garage. The dispatch office had failed to give the team my entrance directions. The maids did not arrive until 9:40. The team coordinator was unapologetic; however, the owner was understanding and polite. We have used other cleaning services in the past, however, Molly Maid is by far the best!!! They even make the bed for you if you leave out fresh sheets. Our hardwood floors have never looked better. We only wish they could come every day. more

I live in Midtown and have been using this maid service for the past several months. They are very professional and do such a thorough job of cleaning my house. I always recommend them to anyone that I know who is looking for a good cleaning service. I look forward to coming home on the days when I know they've been there!
