Molly Maid Houston fired themselves today. Absolutely the worst. I scheduled them to come out to my townhouse today (initial cleaning) and every other week after. I was told that ""the girls"" would come today between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and that they would call 30 minutes before they came. My fiance called last night to confirm the appointment and was told that we were the first appointment on the books today and that the girls would be at the house close to 9 a.m. My fiance stayed home from work to let them in to the house. When it got close to 10 a.m., he called the office again and was told that the person he talked to the night before was wrong and that the girls would be at the house between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and would call 30 minutes before coming. At 11 a.m., the girls had neither made it to the house or called to say they were on their way. My fiance called the office and canceled our appointments. To top it off, I got a text message on my phone at 10:57 a.m. today that said, ""Molly Maid Service Tomorrow. This is an unmonitored telephone number, please do not reply."" Really? They need to get their act together and their scheduling straight. We confirmed that our appointment was set for today. Now, our time has been wasted, and my fiance stayed home from work this morning for nothing. Pros: Nice estimator Cons: Can't schedule to save their lives
