I used to work at the Midtown Galleria location. The manager there, Erica, is quite possable the most unprofesional individual that I have ever worked for. Currently I am considering filing a claim with the EEOC. They force you to work all hours of the night and if you refuse then you are terminated. There were times that we were forced to work until 11 pm. We were not allowed to take lunch breaks and were told to take lunch breaks as you drove between houses. The managers lesbian girlfriend works there as well and there are very clear signs of favoratism. Everyone there works very hard and is afraid of the retaliation that comes along with standing up for your rights. I would advise anyone thinking of using this service to think twice.
