If you need a good plumber CALL Milton Frank I have used for 25+ years Good work price fair

They were experienced but too highly priced for regular plumbing jobs. 7/6/2011

Milton Frank Plumbing was very good. The prices were very high for some things, but they had good quality. I would rate all their work while supporting Holiday Interiors as a 5. When they re-installed 2 toilets, which was a very simple job, they were almost double in price as another plumber I use. I would not recommend them for simple plumbing, and would give them a 2. They worked with Holiday Interiors to install a large tub, shower doors, and a completely beautiful walk-in-shower. It has beautiful heavy weight glass doors. They also tiled the shower walls and floor. The price for this job was very fair and modest. They have good experience, but for normal plumbing very high prices. The young man who put the pluming in the shower was very qualified and was excellent. I would give him, in particular, a 5 and a half. Robert Humphreys more

A great, friendly, neighborhood plumber. Try their MVP service! 6/13/2011

I've use Milton Frank Plumbing several times, and have been pleased with their service. They are located close to my home, and really feel like a neighborhood company. In the rare instance that a problem persists after they have come out for service, they will always come back to ensure that everything has been fixed correctly. Most recently, I used them for water treatment. They installed a new purifier for drinking water, and it works perfectly. I will continue to use them, because they are courteous and on time. All the servicemen are really easy to talk to. I should mention, too, that Milton Frank offer a great extra feature--their MVP program. For a nominal yearly fee, they include several maintenance and upkeep services that can prevent major problems before they arise. Also, MVPs are serviced almost immediately, which has been a huge convenience. Milton Frank are a good company, but with their MVP service, they are even better. more

Milton Frank Plumbing is a great company, and I really like using them. I first encountered them through a contractor I used to remodel a bathroom in my home several years ago. On that job, Milton Frank did so well rerouting a drain and bringing everything up to code, that I now bring them back whenever I have a serious issue that my neighborhood plumber can't address. Most recently, I used Milton Frank to solve a water pressure issue. Basically, my water pressure hadn't been what it should be in six or seven years. The serviceman came out, cleaned my tankless water heater, and fixed everything. Now, my water runs beautifully. Everyone on the Milton Frank team is wonderful. I really can't say enough good things about them. The servicemen are so nice and helpful. They are always sweet and very personable. I have hard, rusty water and they recommended an excellent filter and water softener that have made a tremendous difference. Their showroom is great, too, and there is always someone standing by to answer my questions. I've personally called Milton Frank before to tell him how much I appreciate his company. I highly recommend them. If you use them, rest assured that you will receive top notch service. They go the whole nine yards. more

Milton Frank Plumbing knows the importance of having two happy customers: the buyer and the seller. They made sure I was a happy customer and I was very happy with my experience with this company. It started when my garbage disposal started making a horrible noise, it sounded like it needed a new muffler! I called them up and they very quickly scheduled a time to see me. They came out on short notice. And instead of saying they'd be there at any time between 8 and 5, they gave me hour windows like between 9 and 10. The dispatcher called when they were on their way to give a heads-up. William, the technician, arrived and we went over what was going on and he offered several suggestions and ideas. He broke down the parts needed and the costs. I ended up choosing a higher-end product that they guarantee for ten years. He also talked to me about their valued customer program, which would take 10 off and eliminate the service charge fee for one year. I thought it was a great plan, so I went with it because why wouldn't I want that?! William was great. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He has been with the company for over ten years, I think even more but I can't remember exactly what he said. But that right there tells me something about the company, when the employees stay for so long and are loyal. After he was done, he cleaned up after himself. I grabbed a vacuum and he said that he'd gladly do that for me and he vacuumed for me too. Then he whipped out his iPhone and it had a credit card swiper, so I was able to pay right then, it was all very high-tech. He left me with a packet of information. I've been in touch with their office since, and they are all still very nice and responsive. In the end, I'd rate them as high as I can and highly recommend them to others. Howard Short more

Totally satisfied and happy customers. 4/27/2011

Milton Frank Plumbing was recommended to us by a heating and air conditioning company shortly after we came to this house in 1981. We have been using them ever since, and I do recommend them. I get one of their coupons every year to knock off some of the price, but even so, I find them very fair. They aren't just fair, they are also men of their word. Milton Frank Plumbing put in a new kitchen faucet and water system attached to the sink. The process was good. I even called Milton Frank Plumbing to tell them that the young guy who came out did a really good job. He also fixed the water pipe in the wall upstairs. Everything is working great. It was not our first time using them. I like that Milton Frank Plumbing is family run, and they seem pretty honest. Don't hesitate to call and use them. more

I have been so pleased with Milton Frank Plumbing. They seem to come whenever I need them. During this winter, when we had the hard freeze, I had a leak in my sprinkler system. I called them, and they were really busy, of course. She said that she would have one of the plumbers in the area swing by and show me how to turn it off, which he did. I couldn't ask for anything better. I have been using Milton Frank Plumbing for several years now, and they are the only ones we call. They are willing to come out when you need them, and the quality of their work is super. more
