I have been using Milton Frank Plumbing for many years. Roger has always provided wonderful service and advise on how to care for the plumbing my house. Roger has installed a water heater, a garbage disposal, replaced a toilet, replaced water faucets in the showers, and installed grab bars in a shower. When he is done with a job, he leaves the area pristine clean. I can't expect more. more

Roger has installed a water heater, a garbage disposal, replaced a toilet, replaced water faucets in the showers, and installed grab bars in a shower. $14, 000 well spent. 1/4/2013

Milton Frank Plumbing did a complete re-pipe of our home. There are two plumbers, Roger and Ryan, that I've had a relationship with and they both do excellent work. Stevie, the apprentice that was working with them, also showed a lot of promise. They were on time, polite, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. I was a little worried about the cat getting into some of the holes at night, so they covered them up for me. more

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing before, and I will use them again the future. The young man arrived on time. He was neat, polite and charming. He didn't try to sell me anything extra. He simply fixed my problem and asked if there was anything else I needed him to fix, which I didn't, and then he left. I will definitely use them in the future. more

Excellent service and excellent price. They saved our thanksgiving. 11/28/2012

This was the first time we had ever used Milton Frank Plumbing. I found them on Google and they had good reviews. I had 40 people coming over for thanksgiving and our pipes had burst. I called them the day before thanksgiving and they came within 30 minutes. They came over and cleaned everything up and put my pipes back together. We had a absolutely wonderful young man to deal with. He was kind and courteous. He was also able to give me a quote for additional work I wanted done in the future. It was just a really hassle free process. more

Very pleased with them. 11/26/2012

We had an emergency situation. My mother was home from the hospital and the commode stopped flushing. Milton Frank came out within an hour from when I called. They found out the pipes were bad, and we had to have major work done. They were right there the whole time and they took care of everything. more

Customer Service is terrible!! I was looking for some pipe i ask a worker near by if he could help me he tell's me to (go over there and see what we got and if you can't find anything i dont what to tell you)...i dident come to him to tell him to goo look my self i ask you for some help!!! doosh bag! DO NOT GO HERE waste of time!! more

TOO EXPENSIVE $450 FOR ONLY STOP THE LEAK. Call to schedule appointment and no one show up. Have to follow up two times. technician finally show up and ask for $150 per hour and unable to tell how much time needed more

I am not happy 11/10/2012

These people charged me $245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another $150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for $81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates! more

I was thrilled when he put on the rubber coverings on his shoes to come into the house, that was immediately a big plus. Every time he would go in and out of my house he would take them off on the porch and put them back on when he went back inside. Everything about the way he handled himself was good. He was courteous, and did the job well as far as we can tell. It was a very good experience. more
