Milton Frank Plumbing knows the importance of having two happy customers: the buyer and the seller. They made sure I was a happy customer and I was very happy with my experience with this company.
It started when my garbage disposal started making a horrible noise, it sounded like it needed a new muffler! I called them up and they very quickly scheduled a time to see me. They came out on short notice. And instead of saying they'd be there at any time between 8 and 5, they gave me hour windows like between 9 and 10. The dispatcher called when they were on their way to give a heads-up.
William, the technician, arrived and we went over what was going on and he offered several suggestions and ideas. He broke down the parts needed and the costs. I ended up choosing a higher-end product that they guarantee for ten years. He also talked to me about their valued customer program, which would take 10 off and eliminate the service charge fee for one year. I thought it was a great plan, so I went with it because why wouldn't I want that?!
William was great. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He has been with the company for over ten years, I think even more but I can't remember exactly what he said. But that right there tells me something about the company, when the employees stay for so long and are loyal. After he was done, he cleaned up after himself. I grabbed a vacuum and he said that he'd gladly do that for me and he vacuumed for me too.
Then he whipped out his iPhone and it had a credit card swiper, so I was able to pay right then, it was all very high-tech. He left me with a packet of information. I've been in touch with their office since, and they are all still very nice and responsive. In the end, I'd rate them as high as I can and highly recommend them to others.
