To Whom It May Concern:
Hello.
I am sending this email to give you feedback on a service call.
Today I woke up to a water/plumbing issue that has been causing problems, money and stress for too long. Something had to give.
I have had other companies out in the last 3 months. The problems were not properly diagnosed and I received ridiculous estimates, one of which included digging up the sprinkler system of my next door neighbors' yard.
I didn't call you first, although your vans are very visible in our area and your company name well-known, because I had a misconception of larger ""well-groomed"" companies being gougers and rip-offs to cover their high overhead. (no offense)
As you may or may not know, our neighborhood recently changed from well water to city water. What a mess its caused in lots of homes. My neighbors, Mark and Jenny, across the street from me, had one of your vans sitting in front of there house recently. They trust and recommend your company.
When I called, your employee Tim answered, listened(rare), gave a brief opinion, asked about my availability, worked around my work schedule today and had someone out within the hour. WOW.
The technician that showed up, Pat T., was extremely professional, warm, knowledgeable, never bad-mouthed the other companies or their diagnosis, found the problem, ordered a part, PRICED THE JOB COMPETITIVELY, and was very pleasant to deal with. Keep that guy :)
After huge water bills 2 months in a row, a couple of companies giving us misdiagnosis, triple the amount in cost on estimates, and so much frustration, its a breath of fresh air to know that not every ""big outfit"" out there is trying to get or stay rich on one customer.
You have established a repeat customer in us sir/ma'am, and it feels good to know I have a plumbing company I can call on, trust, and afford. Thank you so much.
Keep up the great work!
