4 years and 9 months ago when my 16 year old hot water heater broke we hired Milton Frank to replace it, and I was very happy with the job done. However, this week, the one they replaced broke, and flooded my house again. When the technician (Pat) came out, he told us that the tank (which was new less than 5 years ago) had failed, and while the tank was covered under warranty, we would have to pay the labor costs which (surprise) were nearly the cost we paid when we had the entire thing replaced back in 2007. On top of this, the service/repairman was a complete smart ass, and condescending, so I threw him out of my house. I asked him some simple questions, and every answer out of his mouth was uncalled for. I will NEVER, EVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN!!! I called just now and spoke to the service manager, explained the situation, and told him of my complaint, asked the same questions, which he played the same game on, so I asked him to have Milton Frank call me. I will be happy to update this review, upon resolution of my concern/complaint. Oh, and the service manager, Mark, told me "I can give you the name of the manufacturer of the tank, so you can talk to them about damages"....I didn't buy the tank from the manufacturer, Mark, I bought it from MILTON FRANK!!!
