Great Service From Milton Frank Plumbing 8/15/2013

Timothy Knight and Scott Beyer were the techs when they re-plumbed our entire 1980s home, they were really easy to deal with, friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and extremely conscientious about putting things back, keeping areas clean, etc. They arrived on time, dressed in company clothing with shirts tucked in and were the consummate professionals. If they are the standard, the standard is pretty high, so, thank you and job well done! more

Great Service From Milton Frank Plumbing 8/15/2013

Timothy Knight and Scott Beyer were the techs when they re-plumbed our entire 1980s home, they were really easy to deal with, friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and extremely conscientious about putting things back, keeping areas clean, etc. They arrived on time, dressed in company clothing with shirts tucked in and were the consummate professionals. If they are the standard, the standard is pretty high, so, thank you and job well done! more

Good, honest service. 8/12/2013

I've used Milton Frank Plumbing for a year and a half or so--maybe even closer to two years. I've mainly just used them for regular plumbing stuff like if the toilet is stopped up. The last time they were here, though, they re-piped the whole house and installed a water softener. The job went fine. They are friendly. Their service people always do exactly what they say they are going to. They don't try and sell you something that you don't necessarily need. more

Master Bath Remodel 8/7/2013

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing for years and have always been please with their service. They are profession, polite, competent and capable. No, I am not family. I recently used them to do a total remodel of my master bath. We had the garden tub removed and put in a large shower. In doing this the windows (one large and one small) were removed and three smaller symmetrical windows replaced them. (Custom made with privacy/rain glass and energy efficient) Remodeling is difficult for me because it is costly and I don’t know what I want. That being said, they did an outstanding job….from the design to every individual who had some hand in the project; they cared about the quality of the work they were doing and they wanted to leave me a happy customer. Bob, our contractor, made suggestions and I made some changes to them but when it was said and done I changed back to his original thoughts….I just started saying do what Bob wants. I am guessing that he does this a lot and he sees lots of bathrooms and my Master Bathroom is beyond what I envisioned and wished for. I was very happy with the quality and commitment each sub-contractor. It was completed on time. I have a very special thanks to Bob, Nathalia (the designer who came to my house to help me pick paint and more), and Lance who did so many things and took care of the details. These guys do not forget the small detail or your final little list of things you want. I did get many bids on this bathroom and there was not a big difference in the group of contractor's price wise. The difference was that a lot of the others could not do it all. Like some would not change the window and some could not change the drain. This was a good value. THANK YOU ALL AT MILTON FRANK more

Repipe of entire House 7/19/2013

Milton Frank was called on Weds afternoon. We made arrangement for the repiping of the entire home. They showed up quickly and with expertise in the job. Very Minimal disrubsion. Done very clean and quickly. Brought in drywall folks whom also did a great job. more

Good work at a ripoff high price ... thought you should know 5/29/2013

I called Milton Frank Plumbing to repair a broken copper water line. They estimated the job on site to cost almost $400. I thought that it would be a really big job for that price range. It took the plumber 1.5 hours and less than $15 in parts. I call that highway robbery to pay a plumber $185/hour plus a trip charge. This was a weekday during business hours...No emergency charges applied. How can they advertise "Value is our Golden Rule!"? Maybe because it fools people into calling them. more

The serviceman, Joey, was very nice and took the time to explain the product that was removed, the one that was installed, and the difference between the two. They took great pride in their work and in making sure my personal property was not damaged. more

I had various plumbing issues and Milton Frank Plumbing was able to attend to them and fix them for me. I had a leak from the pipe that runs from the wall to the commode, a leaking faucet in the bathroom, and hot and cold water lines that had been switched during a faucet replacement. I had contacted a major plumbing company to fix all my plumbing issues and after two days, they had not shown up. On the second day, I called Milton Frank Plumbing, after a friend recommended them. When I called them for the first time, the lady on the phone told me, "I will have someone there immediately. Someone is on the way". Within an hour of speaking to her on the phone, a technician was at my house. I then called the other company and told them I no longer needed them and that I had found a company that valued my business more. Matthew was my technician and he did a wonderful job. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The bill came to be $600, but he was able to fix the issues I was having. more
