The sales atmosphere was nice and relaxed didn?t feel pressured at all. I came in looking for a car to get around the city and got a great deal on a left over 2012 Cruze. It?s perfect easy enough to park and really good on gas mileage. more

This is the second car I bought from Mike Anderson (first new one). Everyone on the dealership staff was very friendly and helpful. Jesse, in particular, was very knowledgeable and he worked very hard to find me the perfect car that fit my budget. The whole process went quickly and smoothly I couldn’t ask for anything more. more

After having a lot of problems with my old car I decided it was time to trade it in so I wouldn?t be stuck in the dead of winter with a dead car that didn?t work. The staff at Mike Anderson was great got me good value for my junker and got a good deal on a left over 2012 Traverse. Now I?m riding in style and I?m ready for winter;) more

I recently started a new job and after years of not needing a car I needed one and quick. After talking to a few friends at my new job who had a similar problem, I decide to go to Mike Anderson. Everyone on the staff was great! They helped me look at a few models before a settled on a new Chevy Cruze its perfect for what I needed, the price was right in my range and most importantly we got the deal done quickly without a lot of stress more

They got me a great deal on my new truck and saved us enough money that will be back for a car for my wife in a few months after we pay of Christmas. Chicago is a tough city but one thing that is super easy is getting a good price and great customer service from Mike Anderson. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helped me get everything in order for my purchase. I didn?t feel pressured at anytime and by the time I left I knew the car inside and out. If you need a car go to Mike Anderson they take care of their customers more

The experience I had at this dealership was not what I had been expecting when I walked in due to previous experiences I've had with other dealerships. When we walked in we were greeted by Jesse. He was very friendly and nice. Honesty is definitely a quality that he possesses. I really felt comfortable around him because he told us exactly what was going on. He helped me and my family out a lot. We thought that we were not going to get the approval for the car we wanted but he helped make it possible. I truly appreciate what he did to help it couldn't have been done without him and the rest of the team there. I would definitely refer other people to Mike Anderson Chevrolet. Overall my experience was great. The staff is great! Thanks to all that helped us out there, especially JESSE FAKHOURY!!! more

I went to mike Anderson due to the fact that on my first visit they helped me very well with the type of car we were looking for. But after two month I noticed that we weren't as happy with the car we noticed a few problem with the car I then return and spoke to Reuben who had helped me with the car that we purchased once I told him of the problems we had he said he was going to see what he can do and what he did was help me to get the right car this time it has the power I need to tow my boat and also the space for my kids without losing the luxury of the look and feel of the car. Reuben also kept us in the price range that we can afford thats why I'm happy with mike Anderson Chevy and will recommend others to this location thank you so much Reuben. more
