My fiance took my car in to get a dash light addressed. Happy that it was covered by warranty but she said that the employee bhind the hospitality desk was annoyed that she asked ...

I have been buying my cars and getting service at Michaels Toyota for 6 years. Love this business. All the staff are very professional and the service is fast and informative. They have never done more than what was needed and they give you your quote up front. All around great. more

New but just kept asking for the answers to our questions about the vehicle that we ended up purchasing. Everyone at the facility works well together whether it was finance or sales. This was our second purchase at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. more

Tough but Fair. 9/3/2013

Had to work a little for a good deal but they were fair and I feel that they have a friendly sales staff, at least from my perspective. Michales also has a larger selection of cars and a great showroom with free WiFi, (which is very important to my daughter) and free cookies, bottled water and coffee. I've purchased cars from 5 different dealerships from Honda to VW and shopped a 100 more and I feel like this was my best shopping experience yet. more

Roland DeMotta, my Service Manager was very professional and courtesy. He follows up on all my car issues & questions that I have during the service maintenance. I always leave Michael’s knowing my car has been well taken care of. more

No cookies! 8/30/2013

We would have given this a 5 star review, as the service is always good, but the cookies aren't put out until after 10:00! Maybe you could have something, anything, even for sale earlier in the morning. I went to Tully's. more

Brake repair. 8/19/2013

My 1993 Toyota pickup was found to need brake repair on a routine checkup. The downside was more work and difficulty in getting parts for a vintage vehicle. The cost was more than double an initial estimate. The upside is timely service and confidence of correct service. more

A very happy customer 8/16/2013

This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Michael's Toyota. The first time I purchased a vehicle from Michael's , I knew I would return to buy a truck. Since my first purchase, Michael's has treated me with the utmost professionalism on each visit. This last visit, Arron Nixon was our sales representative and he did an outstanding job. He was very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. I felt comfortable and at ease dealing with Arron. I would return to Arron Nixon and Michael's Toyota in the future. I would not consider going anywhere else. more

Never going back. 7/28/2013

I took my Rav4 in for a 60k service and was told my water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price of $862.43. That seemed high so I got a second opinion at an independent garage. I was shocked to find out that my water pump showed no signs of leaking and that it didn't need to be replaced. I felt like Michael's Toyota was trying to rip me off. I won't be going back. more

four out of five people I worked with were great 7/28/2013

I have bought several cats and this was by far the fastest process so far. Bought a car on my lunch break:) only complaint would be the follow up return calls. I have called several times leaving messages and to get a call back is almost non existent. I have had some very simple questions about the car I purchased and when I do get him on the phone he gives me the impression that I'm an annoyance and I am rushed to get off the phone. I dont think its a common practice but possibly my sales rep. everyone else including my financial manager were great:) more
