Review content:
Had to work a little for a good deal but they were fair and I feel that they have a friendly sales staff, at least from my perspective. Michales also has a larger selection of cars and a great showroom with free WiFi, (which is very important to my daughter) and free cookies, bottled water and coffee. I've purchased cars from 5 different dealerships from Honda to VW and shopped a 100 more and I feel like this was my best shopping experience yet.
