Great Customer Service!! 9/21/2013

Everyone was fantastic from Sales,Financing,Parts and Service!! Brent Wells and Scott Grim went above and beyond what I expected . They had gotten the truck I've been wanting and set it up how I wished my truck would look like. I am definitely coming back to Michael's Toyota when I get my next vehicle in the future. more

I was really amazed how nice the people were. I have a friend that dosent trust dealerships to work on their car, but I told her otherwise. This is by far the best Toyota dealership I have gone to! more

Flat Tire 9/16/2013

I had to pay $20 for patching a flat tire...I just bought the car as a certified used car in April. This is the second thing that has gone wrong, the first one was the radio and I had to pay $50 to fix that. Les Schwab would have patched the tire for free which is why I always end up buying my tires from them. I know you are in business for profit and the warranty does not cover these items, but I just bought it and it was CERTIFIED by you, so there should be more flexibility in what you cover in the first 6 months just for good faith and customer service. more

Good service 9/11/2013

Everything went well, but 2 minor "issues"... first I dropped off my car the night before knowing it wouldn't be ready until at least noon the following day, but received an early morning call telling me that same thing. And the other is apparently you needed to get to my truck/battery? The panels were lose in the back, not put away properly and my blanket messed up. All in all minor things, other than those my service was great at usual. more

Excellence, efficiency and energy! 9/11/2013

I love bringing my Prius in to Michael's for oil changes. The service crew always does extra, like checking my tires (they were underinflated this time!) or brakes, advising me about cool things I didn't even know my car can do. more

Emergency Repairs 9/9/2013

My car wouldn't start! After a jump start by AAA, I drove to Bellevue Toyota. They kept my car, an old one, and gave me a loaner while they diagnosed and fixed my little Corolla. It was done efficiently and, although I had a big bill (>$2200.) I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. They have always been very fair to do business with. more

I am pleased with the customer service I received. It was somewhat difficult to reach them by phone on the weekend, I had to leave a message and no one called me back. Online scheduler is awful. more
