I had to pay $20 for patching a flat tire...I just bought the car as a certified used car in April. This is the second thing that has gone wrong, the first one was the radio and I had to pay $50 to fix that. Les Schwab would have patched the tire for free which is why I always end up buying my tires from them. I know you are in business for profit and the warranty does not cover these items, but I just bought it and it was CERTIFIED by you, so there should be more flexibility in what you cover in the first 6 months just for good faith and customer service.
