I called an made a reservation for a Friday night pick up to go to Downtown Modesto. I made the reservation at 10:30pm for a Van Taxi since they are the only ones with Van Taxis. Anyways i made the reservation and i got a call at 10:25 saying the Taxi Cab was outside. I wasn't even ready yet so the driver had to wait on me, instead of me waiting on him/her. I love the Taxi Cab in Modesto service i got, Will Definitely Call again. more

I haven't had a need for a taxi ride to the airport in a number of years but always used to use Metro Cab Modesto as I had found their service to be very good. I was a little concerned when I read some of the negative reviews but decided to give em a shot anyway as most of the companies in the city have a considerable amount of negative reviews. Their service to me was as good as it always was. The Taxi Dispatcher politely confirmed a reservation with me from my information that was still in their computer. The taxi driver arrived on right on time in a clean comfortable newer model Suv type of vehicle. The driver was quiet but friendly. He made a couple of slightly jerky turns, but as taxi drivers go, over all very satisfactory. I would recommend them for airport service. more

I called two different taxi services today -- neither showed up after more than 45 minutes. Then I called Metro Cab Taxi Service and a driver was at my house in about 6 minutes! The driver was extremely courteous and even offered to discount the fare because he inadvertently took a wrong turn!
