Bad casting to say the least 3/25/2009

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY IS IN BUSINESS. THE ORDER MY COMPANY RECIEVED WAS ALL INCORRETLY CASTED. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY WITH A BETTER WORK ETHIC AND A KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Cons: customer service more
