I guess my initial description sums it up. We went once because we thought that it must be good, with so many people eating outside. It took about 45 minutes to get a table for 2. Then, another 20 for a waitress to show up; even though we'd waited a long time, she just didn't have it in her to greet us or be polite. When we got our pitcher of (very expensive) beer, it was lukewarm. Then, another 50 minutes for the pizza...without....you guessed it (napkins). When we realized that she wasn't coming back to ask us how things were, one of us went up to the manager to ask for napkins; no apologies there; he gave us a withering look, as if to say, ""You didn't really expect us to go out of our ways for you, did you?"" He didn't have any reasons for our waits or the warm beer. Furthermore, the pizza was very undercooked. A truly bad experience, all around. As a former waitress, I would be so embarrased to work there or have any association with that place. I've heard that some of the other chains of MM were good but there's no way I'd drive out-of-town to chance my money, time, and food, on a place which so obviously doesn't care what its' patrons think!
Pros: none at all
Cons: food, service, management, cleanliness, long waits for everything, hot beer
