Excellent service from Mario... as always!!! I have been coming to Mario for car service for years... and he always greets me with a smile... is pleasant and professional... ever...

Worst

I must rate this joke of a ford dealer again as I just learned they took full advantage of a close friend, due to his handicap of being color blind. He bought a truck and paid to ...

Really good service 6/9/2011

You guys gave me fair prices and were very professional. more

Very pleasant experience! 5/24/2011

Refreshing experienced compared to usually buying a vehicle. I dislike the buying of a new vehicle and dealing with high pressure sales. Maxwell was a pleasant buying experience and I will buy my next Ford from them also. more

Thank you Clem!!! 5/23/2011

Clem was excellent and a pleasure to work with. We live in the Houston area and decided to make our truck purchase in Austin because of Clem. more

Service Dept should be shut down 5/17/2011

No words to describe the incompetence, lack of caring, amount of BS that comes out of here. I've spent the last 10 days taking my truck back, hoping I'll get lucky and they'll undo what they screwed up. $400 for brakes, all they did was slap some pads on. Then the brakes stick, they say they forgot to check the guides, brakes are binding. ""fix"" that, same problem. Then they sell me rebuilt calipers (kick me for being stupid, but I felt like I had to let them try again since I'd come this far). Same problem, now they tell me they put the wrong pads on. C'mon guys, it's a friggin' brake job. Next time I'll do it myself, I'm thinking 2 years of advertising classes in college qualifies me way beyond this crew to be working on cars. Complete joke. If the Pinocchio army worked at Maxwell, there'd be alot of noses getting stuck under the hoods (if they ever bother to open them). more

Thank you so much! 5/4/2011

I was at the body shop getting my truck fixed and walking around when my salesperson Jemma told me good morning and started attending me. She was very friendly and come to find out she's also from NY which is where I'm from too. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and she was by far the best salesperson I have ever met in my life. She also became a great friend to have and talk to. Thank you Jemma, you're a wonderful person inside and out more

Jemma was a pleasure to work with at Maxwell Ford. 4/28/2011

I'm very pleased with my new mustang, drove all the way from Houston to purchase this vehicle and my salesperson Jemma was a delightful pleasure to do business with. I will most certainly recommend her to all of my friends, family members and business partners. more

Best Experience Ever Buying a Car! 12/16/2010

I have purchased some 15 cars in my lifetime and by far, Maxwell Ford is the best dealership I have dealt with on price and customer service. Never high pressure, never sleazy and always ready to be flexible. I work with the sales manager, Greg Kimball, on pricing and Zach Larson (sales guy) shows me all the gadgets in my new vehicles. Love these guys! more

MAZWELL FORD DISSERVICE DEPARTMENT 1/4/2007

They should rename the Service Department ! How about Maxwell (Dis)service Department? I took my commercial van there for repairs on Tuesday and was told later in the day that it needed a catalytic converter and was further told that it would be overnighted and it would be installed the following day. The part came in but I was told on Wednesday that the mechanic couldn't get a bay to make the replacement. They promised that the van would be ready at noon today and the mechanic was at lunch so the Service Writer (Susan) called me back at 2:00 to tell me that the catalytic converter was the wrong one and while the new one won't likely be in till Monday they will eat the additional $250. upcharge of the correct component. In shopping Ford OEM parts they are already marking the price up 233% Ford partnered with Fedex in 2002 to ensure overnight shippiing of parts for commercial Ford vehicles. They tell me two hours ater the expected completion time that they haven't even started on the repair because they ordered the wrong part? What time would they have told me had I not called them? This vehicle is used in the course of my livelyhood and they will have it for over a week should I get it back as is now promised. You may never see your vehicle again if you tell them you only use your car for pleasure. Save yourself the hassle of a law suit which I likely will need to attempt to recover damages from loss of wages. Pros: I can't even think of one! more
