I took my 2012 Ford Focus in to get the Works, an oil change with tire rotation. During my visit, my vehicle was damaged. This was hidden from me with a friendly car wash, even though I had turned down the car wash. I spoke to the service manager who said he would look at security camera footage, but now will not answer or return my calls. BAD BUSINESS. The shady service desk person was in a happy hurry to get me out in my car and pretending to do me a favor and the service manager was unhelpful. Don't take your vehicle here! more

Update: It took a few days but Maxwell Ford delivered the exact terms that you had initially proposed. \r \r The sales department should not be deceptive. You kept me there for almost 5 hours by making an offer that you refused to honor when it came time to sign. Sales Manager Scott Robinson made the offer in writing and had me sign it, yet refused to honor it in the end. more

The salesman (Chris) we worked with was courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. He made our buying experience very pleasant in that he tried to fill our needs and wants. I would definitely buy my next Ford from him should I need one. more

Awesome experience 3/12/2012

Hunter was terrific!! He`s so knowledgeable friendly and patient. We would gladly buy from Ford again based on our experience with him. Also Dustin in the finance department was awesome! I appreciated how well he explained every form we signed and he answered all of our questions thoroughly even when we asked them more than once. : )I`m a 5th generation Texan from a long line of Ford buyers but this is my first Ford and my first truck. My husband and I look forward to having it for a very very long time! Thanks y`all! more
