No words to describe the incompetence, lack of caring, amount of BS that comes out of here. I've spent the last 10 days taking my truck back, hoping I'll get lucky and they'll undo what they screwed up. $400 for brakes, all they did was slap some pads on. Then the brakes stick, they say they forgot to check the guides, brakes are binding. ""fix"" that, same problem. Then they sell me rebuilt calipers (kick me for being stupid, but I felt like I had to let them try again since I'd come this far). Same problem, now they tell me they put the wrong pads on. C'mon guys, it's a friggin' brake job. Next time I'll do it myself, I'm thinking 2 years of advertising classes in college qualifies me way beyond this crew to be working on cars. Complete joke. If the Pinocchio army worked at Maxwell, there'd be alot of noses getting stuck under the hoods (if they ever bother to open them).
