Easy to make an appointment. Arrived when they said they would--arrived almost on time and called ahead to let me know, which was fine with me. Very professional, offered different levels of service with clear prices. Worked hard and carpets looked great when they were finished. Carpets dried quickly. I'm very satisfied and will call them again. more

Don't Waste your Time With "Bargain" Carpet Cleaners - Master's Touch is the Best! 5/19/2010

Our carpets have been cleaned by this company since they started their business and we will use no other service. The carpet cleaning is wonderful and lasts a long time. Teri and Brent are friendly and responsible. We highly recommend them! more

We have used this company for the last two years and we will never switch. We used other companies in the past and the stains reappeared about 2 weeks later. With Master's Touch, they literally disappear. I don't see "those old stains" anymore. Thanks Master's Touch. more

Very dependable company. The quality is excellent 3/22/2010

They were very fast about scheduling an appointment. They took their time for the cleaning. I think it took them 3 hours but it was worth it. In the past, other companies have cleaned by carpet in one hour. A lot of the stains where still there when they were done. They said the stains were permanent. Master Touch got all the stain out and they havent come back yet. more

Miracle Carpet Cleaning!! 3/20/2010

My carpets were so long overdue for a good cleaning. Masters Touch came in and took care of our new puppy 'accidents', got all our light colored carpets looking like new and even was able to get out the kids silly putty goo that was stuck in the play room carpet. True miracle workers! Masters Touch is timely, professional and very thorough. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Professional and Reasonably Priced 2/25/2010

They have always done a great job on my carpet and offered other cleaning options for my carpet. I have 3 boys and a dog and so we have had multiple "carpet emergencies" and they have always been able to service our carpet quickly and efficiently. more

Master's Touch Carpet Care is an excellent company. They are very reliable and professional... We have had asked them to clean our carpets and furniture several times. We have three inside dogs, so our carpets get a lot of wear and dirt. We have never been disappointed with their service. I highly recommend Master's Touch Carpet Care. more

Brent is courteous, thoughtful, and always does a great job. 2/4/2010

I have been using Masters Touch Carpet Care for many years. Brent is sort of a perfectionist and takes pride in doing a great job, which he always does. He has done both carpet and upholstery cleaning for me. He is courteous and thoughtful about the problem areas, and determined to get the spots out. Brent comes right away and spends a lot of time on the carpets. When we had some stains from our dog on a white couch, he was able to get out the smell and all of the spots. He even left me some stain remover to use in the future if need be. Rhonda Hill more
