Not Impressed 9/17/2012

I choose this company after reading many positive reviews from their site. I also had high expectations from them becaused their site indicated they wanted "lifetime" customers and they pride themselves on their work. From start to finished, I was quite disappointed. I was mostly unsettled that they left my front wide open when they left (I was not home at the time). Overall, I didn't feel appreciated as a customer and would DEFINITELY NOT be a returning customer nor would I recommend them to others. more

Master's Touch carpet care is excellent. Very professional and thorough. We have two big dogs that live in the house, and live near baseball fields that make a lot of dust. We have our carpets cleaned quite often. We only use Master's touch and have never been disappointed. more

I am so pleased with Master's Touch Carpet Care. From my initial call, and right up to the time Brent (King, owner) left my home, I found Master's Touch to be extremely professional and pleasurable to do business with. I appreciate the care taken to protect the furniture and baseboards/walls. And I am very, very pleased with how clean, and nice, the carpet (entire house) looks. Without hesitation I will use them again! In fact, I have already hired them to clean and seal the grout on all our tile floors and countertops. Too many businesses or contractors these days are mediocre, at best, in terms of customer service and quality of workmanship. What a welcome surprise Master's Touch Carpet Care was! Very efficient, diligent and excellent service. Considering we had never had our kitchen and entry way floor tile cleaned, I was amazed at how beautiful it looked, almost new. I definitely would use them again and recommend their services to others. more

Carpet looks great! 6/29/2011

Great service, my only concern is I was not told the windows would be opened. Upon my return home late at night I discovered the windows to the bedrooms open and easily accessible. Kind of scary. more

Of course the carpets were cleaned very well, but that's what I expected. What really impressed me was the degree of professionalism. Phone calls were precise and detailed, so that I didn't feel that I was being misled. And what really sold me was arrival time. I am a very particular old foggy and, when I agreed to and 8:00 arrival, that's what I expected. And Brent did indeed get here just before the bewitching hour. more

In my long experience, no one, no company, exceeds the quality of work, timeliness, courtesy and care of Brent and Teri King. Our carpet looks GREAT! The few spots where something had spilled or someone had tracked I know now what' into the house, causing discoloring of the carpet, were completely eliminated. The entire carpet looks more fresh, and we expect to get several years more wear from it. My wife and I have only the highest accolades for Brent and Teri King, their pleasant presence, and their company, MASTERS TOUCH CARPET CARE in Clovis, California. more

All the stains are gone 1/11/2011

They were able to get out blue dry erase marker, chocolate milk barf and red koolaid. The carpets look amazing. more
