Easy to make an appointment. Arrived when they said they would--arrived almost on time and called ahead to let me know, which was fine with me. Very professional, offered different levels of service with clear prices. Worked hard and carpets looked great when they were finished. Carpets dried quickly. I'm very satisfied and will call them again.
