They were very fast about scheduling an appointment. They took their time for the cleaning. I think it took them 3 hours but it was worth it. In the past, other companies have cleaned by carpet in one hour. A lot of the stains where still there when they were done. They said the stains were permanent. Master Touch got all the stain out and they havent come back yet.
