Massage Envy

I have seen several massage therapist,always professional and friendly. I picked one I especially liked and I go every three weeks for health reasons. I even had my first 90 minute massage for a Christmas present and it was terrific. I love the soaps they sell, and everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. more

We have been members of this establishment since it has opened. I have been treated with nothing but respect, they greet my wife and I by name and we have our preferred therapist list. From the start I can honestly say they have our personal interest in mind. Every need is taken care of and if I am having an "off" day or feel directionless they know what to do to make sure I feel my issues get addressed. I like the fact there are several choices of massage other than Swedish and I will not be up-charged for those requests IE Sports, Russian, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral etc... I wish more people knew knew how amazing this can be for their health and well being! I like the Massage Envy Family, especially in Sandy. more

I have been in a several times with my sister. I am going to buy a membership. I would like a massage at least once a week and no one can beat their price. There are 20 massage therapists and I can get in anytime I want! The main reason that sold me on the membership is I have a damaged L5... if you know what that is. There are so many styles of massage to choose from. Injury is one of them. I have fuller rang of motion in my spine and I can actually feel like my spinal area of my L5 breathes again instead of feeling crushed! Not to mention, I feel like the "Queen of Sheba" when I come out. I don't know why everyone doesn't do this on a regular basis! For me, I feel lucky. more

So, I am into sports and run 50 miles a week approx. I have found that I need help with recovery beyond just pain reliever. I didn't know that my muscles can tighten and sort of become dry with over usage. I didn't know that I would loose some mobility. I had this great deep tissue massage that literally "untied" my muscles. No matter how much I personally stretch out after a run, I cannot do what the massage therapist did for me! I discovered that the more I go the more range of motion I will have, faster recovery and will lessen my chances for injury. It makes sense. more

I have been to this location 3 times with 3 different massage therapists and let me tell you the best massage experiences I have EVER had! These people know what they are doing! Massage is their business and the therapists are the most knowledgable I have met. There is a reason why Massage Envy is everywhere, I am convinced it is because they know how to satisfy their customers. more

My wife got me a $100.00 gift card to the 9400 S location, I am a pretty busy guy so I was not able to even schedule an appointment for 2 months. Finally after all that time she made me an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early as they suggested and they did not even have me in their system, they called around and nor did the other locations nearby. Basically my wife spent 20 minutes scheduling an appointment that the girl on the other end did not even input into their reservation system. The girls up front were all high schoolers, they said things like "like" and "oh my gawd" as I stood there and chewed their gum ay too loud. In the end they said the best they could do was have me wait an hour for the next opening and it was for a swedish not a deep tissue. We will be cutting up our 100 bucks worth of worthless massages and giving our money to Sanctuary Spa in Draper. If I owned this place I would trash the front desk staff and step it up so adults might want to come here. Pros: Absolutely None Cons: Horrible front staff, terrible customer service more

I went for my monthly massage, while in town, and had the wortst experience of my life. The high school girls who run the front desk were complete idiots, rude, and didn't know anything about their job. The boss was a phony mess, and he too didn't seem to know what running a business is all about. After explaining the situation with my bank, he was forced to refund my massage. Then there was the massage itself! It was by an old woman who wouldn't shut up about how bad she hated the girls at the front and her own boss! I went for a relaxing experience and got to be a councelor for some complaining old woman with the flimsiest, weakest hands I've ever felt. So, take my advice people, AVOID THIS AND THE FORT UNION LOCATIONS (he owns both) I have been to most all around the SL valley and have had exceptional experiences but the one time I couldn't make my regular location, I made the mistake of choosing this one. Don't waste your money, people. This place is a joke and so are the people who work there! Pros: NONE Cons: YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY! more

So we signed up for a 6 month membership - talk about what I thought was neat, it was great, paid a minimal amount but then I quit going as much - so I ended up with 4+ that I could use or give away, I called, they said fine, 6 month membership over, use the last 4 no problemo, boom, charged my AMEX again, called again, said if I didn't pay they wouldn't give me the free massages (that I paid for), fine, cancel it! Guess what - CHARGED MY AMEX AGAIN!!! Finally I disputed it thru amex, they said "oh you have to cancel on our form only" CREEPS - could've said this 2 months earliers, instead they just keep charging. BEWARE WHAT YOU SIGN HERE - THEY ARE CREEPS!!! Pros: Massage Techs are good but they STINK at customer service Cons: KEEP CHARGING EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL!! BEWARE more
