My wife got me a $100.00 gift card to the 9400 S location, I am a pretty busy guy so I was not able to even schedule an appointment for 2 months. Finally after all that time she made me an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early as they suggested and they did not even have me in their system, they called around and nor did the other locations nearby. Basically my wife spent 20 minutes scheduling an appointment that the girl on the other end did not even input into their reservation system. The girls up front were all high schoolers, they said things like "like" and "oh my gawd" as I stood there and chewed their gum ay too loud. In the end they said the best they could do was have me wait an hour for the next opening and it was for a swedish not a deep tissue. We will be cutting up our 100 bucks worth of worthless massages and giving our money to Sanctuary Spa in Draper. If I owned this place I would trash the front desk staff and step it up so adults might want to come here.

Cons: Horrible front staff, terrible customer service
