So, I am into sports and run 50 miles a week approx. I have found that I need help with recovery beyond just pain reliever. I didn't know that my muscles can tighten and sort of become dry with over usage. I didn't know that I would loose some mobility. I had this great deep tissue massage that literally "untied" my muscles. No matter how much I personally stretch out after a run, I cannot do what the massage therapist did for me! I discovered that the more I go the more range of motion I will have, faster recovery and will lessen my chances for injury. It makes sense.
