I had a crack in my bumper from running into a snow bank. The only thing I was irritated by was that it took a day longer than promised. There was a misunderstanding about the parts and I don't know if that's entirely their fault. They did try to accommodate by offering to pick me up and give me a replacement car in the process. It was just a little inconvenient for me. Also, when they cleaned out my car, they adjusted the steering wheel and when I went into my glove department to get the book to figure out how to fix it, everything fell out. The girl in the office came out to help me so that was nice but the whole experience was just a little irritating.
